REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at gzfashionhair! We are committed to providing you with high-quality human hair wigs and excellent customer service.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS:
- Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt
- Items must be unused, uncut, undyed, and in original condition
- Original packaging and all accessories must be included
- For hygiene reasons, opened or tried-on products cannot be refunded

REFUND PROCESS:
1. Contact our customer service team at sales01@gzfashionhair.com
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization before shipping items back
4. Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

SHIPPING COSTS:
- We cover return shipping for defective or damaged products
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for personal reasons (wrong size, color preference, etc.)

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
- Customized or special order products
- Used, cut, or colored wigs
- Products returned after 7-day return window
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

EXCHANGES:
We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes or colors within 7 days, subject to availability.
